“The Urbandale Public Library has partnered with Vision to Learn to offer free eye exams and prescription glasses if needed.
- Consent Form Required
- Available to all students Grades K-12
- No Insurance Needed
- No Walk-ins Will Be Accepted
- Spots Available on a First Come, First Served Basis
Eye exams will be available:
- 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Tuesday, June 23 and Tuesday, July 14
- 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM on Thursday, June 25 and Thursday, July 16
