Lutheran Services of Iowa hosts a group to help pregnant women and new moms improve their emotional wellbeing and support them! They will be hosting 2 six week sessions on Tuesdays at 1pm. Session 1 runs October 7, 14, 21, 28, November 4, 11. Session 2 runs December 2, 9, 16, 23, and January 6, 13. Visit QR on flyer to register.
