National Night Out: Book Sale, Kids Craft, & The Community Crate Exhibit

“Bring the entire family for a fun-filled evening of activities and games!

Make sure to check out the Library’s booth at the Urbandale Police Department’s National Night Out event on Tuesday, August 4, from 5:00-7:30 PM!

• A limited supply of books and other materials will be available for sale. (Book Sale is cash and carry only.) 
• We’ll also have a fun craft for kids at our booth.
• Check out The Community Crate, a museum-style exhibit that discusses some of the most pressing topics in housing, on display. (UpLiftIowa.org)

Find us in the grassy area near the drive-thru book drop (the drive-thru will be closed during this event). We hope to see you there!

The library parking lot is expected to be busy on Tuesday, August 4, during National Night Out. Attendees are also welcome to park at Walker Johnston Park and take the 5-minute walk over the bridge to attend the event in the Urbandale Police Department’s parking lot.
