The Iowa EDHI program is hosting a Family Valentine’s Day event with the Iowa Hands and Voices for kiddo’s who are deaf or hard of hearing! At this event, families will make crafts and Valentine’s Day cards for their loved ones, have a snack, and meet other families that have kiddo’s who are DHH. This event will be held on Sunday, February 12th, from 1-3pm at the Urbandale Public Library (3520 86th Street, Urbandale). Healthy Baby Shower being hosted on February 23rd at 6:30pm on Zoom! You will learn about pregnancy nutrition, baby development, community resources, and connect with other expecting mothers in your area! Participants will receive a “Healthy Baby Backpack” filled with gifts for your baby after attending. Register by February 20th by phone, text, or email.
